The artwork reimagines the site’s previous functions as a drive-through bank, a hub for cycling symbolic liquid assets, and a facility for collecting beverage containers—a location associated with the literal transfer of fluids. The kinetic sculpture, designed to resemble a whimsical cloud, is placed above a chain-link fence and uses solar energy to circulate water through a maze of clear tubing.
